Cecilia Rodríguez has been a teacher of English for 16 years.  She worked for Universidad Ricardo Palma as a teacher, teacher trainer and Coordinator of the English Language Department for fourteen years until she became an ELT Consultant for Pearson Educación de Peru.  She has a degree in Psychology and a Master in Higher Education from Universidad Ricardo Palma where she is still a Professor at the School of Tourism and Administration.
