1. Can I create a test manually, instead of using the TestGen Wizard?

Yes. When you open the testbank you want to use to create a test, the following dialog box will appear:

Click A paper test  , and then click No when given the option to use the TestGen Wizard.

Then, transfer questions from the testbank to the test. Click on a question from the Testbank window , and then use the mouse to "drag and drop" it into the Test

window

2. I've created and saved a test, but I don't know where it is. How can I find it?

Tests are automatically saved to the "tests" folder inside the "TestGen5" folder. There are two ways of retrieving tests you have saved:

  1. With TestGen open, click File and then Open Test , and look for the name of the test you created. Double-click on that file to open it.
  2. If you do not have TestGen open, double-click on My Computer, then double click on your computer's hard drive (for example, drive C). You should see a folder called "TestGen5." Double-click on this folder, then double click on the "tests" folder. Look for the name of the test you created. Double-click on that file to open it with the TestGen software.
